The Pamela Page Performing Arts Scholarship is named after one of OLMC Parramatta’s most accomplished musical alumnae. A pianist, Pamela Page graduated from OLMC Parramatta with the Class of 1947, accepting a Scholarship to the Trinity College of Music in London where she was awarded the Maude Seton Prize for the Most Outstanding Student. She was then accepted into Walter Gieseking’s Master Class in Saarbrucken. Pamela has performed for the BBC, ABC, and with every major Australian orchestra. In 2011, Pamela, along with her husband Max Olding, received the award of Doctor of Music honoris causa from the University of Queensland. The couple had performed together for over 50 years.
