Enrolment Process
Step 1: Expression of Interest
The first step to enrol at OLMC is to complete an online Expression of Interest.
The College accepts an Expression of Interest registration from the time your daughter is born. This should be submitted prior to your daughter entering Year 5.
No payment is required at this stage.
Step 2: Discover OLMC Parramatta
Visit the College on Open Day in March to hear from the College Leadership Team and our students and/or Book a College Tour via our website.
Step 3: Application Stage
Applications for Year 7 open in March, when your daughter is in Year 5.
Complete and submit an online Application for Enrolment form.
A non-refundable, non-transferable Enrolment Application Fee of $150 (including GST) is payable per student application.
The following documentation is required with the Enrolment Application:
- Birth Certificate
- Baptismal Certificate (if applicable)
- Recent school report
- NAPLAN results
- Citizenship/Visa/Passport documentation if your daughter was born overseas
- Current Immunisation History Statement
- Any other information which may assist in the determination of the College’s capacity to meet the educational needs of the applicant
Step 4: Interview Stage
Applications will be reviewed and an interview will be scheduled for your daughter and parents/carers.
Step 5: Enrolment Offer and Acceptance Stage
Successful applicants will be offered a place at the College.
Parents/Carers read and agree to the OLMC Conditions of Enrolment.
Enrolment is confirmed once the online offer is accepted by all parties and the non-refundable, non-transferrable Enrolment Acceptance Fee is paid.
