Life at the College

On any given day there will be a cake stall, a playground concert, a teacher versus student sporting match, a creative fundraiser, or some exciting event generally organised by students. The corridors and classrooms are undeniably infused with passion and enthusiasm for each other and the Mercy cause. It is this spirit that sets OLMC apart.

Something new every day

Each day offers something new. Girls are encouraged to confront challenges in a supportive environment fostered through a thoughtful system of student wellbeing.

Opportunities to engage

College life is rich. Students are given opportunities to engage with other cultures by participating in student exchange programs and overseas immersion experiences, getting involved in Multicultural week to learn about various cultural backgrounds by listening to guest speakers.

Outside the classroom

Outside of the classroom girls get involved in a broad range of social, sporting, spiritual, academic, cultural, and leadership activities which work to complement their academic lives.

Mercy Spirit

Spirit radiates through student leadership. All student leaders encourage Mercy spirit and involvement and actively promote a sense of unity.
